Usage: Stabilization excipient for food and drinks, alcoholic drinks, beer, sparkling wines, champagne, wine. It is insoluble in water, acids, bases, and organic solvents. Depending on the manufacturing conditions, coarse or fine grain products are obtained, which differ in their application properties

• Appearance: white, hygroscopic powder with a faint characteristic odor. It is insoluble in water and all the usual organic solvents.
• Swelling volume: max. 5,5 l/kg or 6,0 l/kg
• Catechin adsorption: min. 40% or min. 55%
